Getting ready for the spring gardening
Today, there is an air of the coming spring. Our landscapers are getting ready for the future plantation: they have already rooted juniper and lavender, geranium and roses, firethorn and forsythia.
In greenhouses, we have already planted pearlweed and creeping speedwell which will replace the grass. Creeping speedwell is not trampled down, blooms for a month and a half and is constantly green. These plants have already sprouted up in the greenhouses. In April we are going to plant them.
Landscapers have their own secrets. Within three years, they have grown thin twigs out of the cones which will turn into hundred-meter Far Eastern cedars in the future. If this year they give growth of at least 10 centimeters, we will plant them in the cottage community .
We are especially proud of persimmon which has showed the first leaves this year.
